To me, it seems normal for a party of seven, but this is serious - we have bears, so leaving food in the house is a real safety issue.I told him to leave the cleaning for me when I return next week and focus on getting the trash out, even if multiple trips.

I've seen recordings where three different entities took a piece of the pie before the real buyer closed.Any type of auction typically requires cash or hard money.

Lenders control their compensation as well but they generally have managers and large teams they have to pay out so they want more money in fees / a bigger pie to divide up amongst all of the people who are on the team as well as pay their fixed costs such as office rent and big advertising campaigns.

I'd check on that.They may be accustomed to living in sub-standard housing, so a leak may have been normal for them.
