Hi, I'm Patrick. 

I am interested in a career in Real Estate. Currently I have no start up capital and no time to become a registered agent. 

I want to learn as much as I can from the Bigger Pockets podcast and from this website. I want to become a resource for other investors and potentially have a w2 job in the real estate space.
