I prefer not to have multi metered main panel, for a variety of reasons (with the cost being the bigget factor), I should not be forced to have one for the attached ADU I am planning.Would like to know if I have any recourse to this separate meter-panel requirement from PGE.Thanks,An

Ultimately most of the units were totally trashed from water intrusion that went through to the lowest level, taking ceilings and hardwood tongue and groove flooring with it over literally years of seepage that worsened in spite of numerous experts pointing out various "possible" sources that were NOT.Another large multi with flat roof with leak issues.

I'm unsure if the family committed fraud using any of the client's information as well; but regardless the person had to notify all clients, file numerous reports, pay for credit monitoring for all clients, etc, etc.
