    Best thing to do is check out the finder a lender tab and connect with a broker who has a wide variety of options and knowledge of the product. Any broker can work in all 50 states!

    We are in Virginia and we are a direct lender, not a broker, which typically saves an investor at least 1%.

    @Olivia Walker feel free to reach out. My colleagues offer some of the most competitive terms in the entire industry. You’d have a hard time finding better terms and cost than what they can offer.

    Don't need to refer you out — I do competitive DSCR lending in Virginia directly.

    Rates and structure depend a lot on the property type, your credit profile, and whether it's a single-family or small multifamily. Some Virginia markets also have nuances on DSCR qualifying income worth knowing upfront.
