We work with silent partners on residential new construction here in SW Florida, so I’ll share how these are typically structured from the operator side.Most passive partners come in one of two ways:1️⃣ Debt Position (Most Passive)Fixed return, secured by the land or build, no decision involvement — paid at sale or refi.2️⃣ Equity / JVProfit split after completion.
