There's no perfect market and things change as well.

I think that's perfectly fine to do.

You can purchase real estate with crypto now and I hear coinbase can be used for escrow in some transactions.

This also does not just apply to real estate but also stocks/bonds, mutual funds/ETF's, crypto, business, or other investments.
