Before I start spending time getting to know each application I was curious if there were any other owner/managers that had experience with an online platform they liked?

This way we avoid the fees on the platforms.

Looking for a platform that will list out to the other sites like VRBO, etc without having to list on each individual site.

I am asking because we spend an awful lot of money on REI platforms and not one of them has everything I need. 

Local brokers maintain active networks of qualified buyers, including investors who are consistently seeking new opportunities.

@Brock Freeman Hospitals always leaned toward hiring nurses locally for their consistent demand.

This platform offers fantastic opportunities to connect and build new relationships.

After that it's getting more consistent with posting to my social - helping flesh out neglected pieces of my SOI database and helping design the next generation plans for enhanced contact (for me to do).  

It's what I use for my rental portfolio, and they've got a great platform / app that allows you to see everything.

I'm trying to figure out if I can get the consistency in MTR for the price I need to cover the mortgage.
