Airbnb is now making things more uniform, in the past, some hosts paid different types of fees (for example, a separate guest fee or a single host fee).

Airbnb just sent an email about updating their fee structure for those hosts using PMS.

Since then I've seen social media postings indicating other hosts have encountered similar glitches with the VRBO software.

It looks like you are looking for an ongoing mastermind group that might meet in person or on Zoom on a regular basis.

I regularly use incognito mode to search for my listings and they seem pretty consistent for me.
