Hi all, quick question for California STR hosts on Airbnb.

That was the first thing they did wrong.There are bad guests and property damage that can happen to the best hosts. 

What recommendations do you have for STR co-hosts/PMs?

I wonder what the average % is for STR hosts? 

They host regular wholesale meetups (which you can attend virtually) where you can start getting plugged in and learning from people who are active in the space. 

I believe that West Sacramento still has regular meetups.

We host meetups in Columbia and have 1 coming this tuesday at 530.  

Even at today’s interest rates these would have positive cash flow but in large part due to my co-host rate.My view is co-hosts are not getting real wealthy co-hosting.  

And 2 of them are more like resorts with staff rather than regular Airbnbs.
