All major KPI's went red:- home price increase went for 11% to 0.3%- inventory exploded up 53%- home sales are down by over 40%- list prices are down, but sold-to-list ratio is still at 103.2%: that is a total conundrum!!

The front of the house and the steps are covered in what appears to be red paint.

For people reading this - I don’t know the sponsor and this is a general comment but if a sponsor had issues reporting to their customers that should be a giant red flag.

With three million already invested in Red River Gorge, I thought I'd participate in the featured realtor program here on Bigger Pockets.

Those two are red flags.
