You need to search along side your agent, and if there is a deal that comes up and fits your criteria and can fit in the box might be a great move for you and not someone else.

If all my plans fail, I will think inside the box and just rent out.

@Justin Unck Time spent at the property before it’s listed for rent—including furnishing, repairs, and setup—does not count as personal days, because the IRS doesn’t consider the property “in service” until it’s available for rent.

This would require your circuit breaker box to have space to install it as well.
