I’m new here and thrilled to join the conversation.

The tenant’s should be thrilled with this option because it will be challenging to place a tenant in less than 2 months that time of the year.good luck I am sure that  I will have a hard  time finding a new tenant-especially in the middle of the holidays. 

This is harder right now, but do not rule out owner financing or creative financing.I think for some STR operators the thrill has worn off as the honeymoon stage is over.

🤔 How do we shift the mindset from short-term thrills to long-term financial freedom through real estate?

The insurance company was not thrilled about this and basically told me they won't renew my umbrella.I ended up purchasing an umbrella for the LLC itself. 

I wasn't really thrilled being forced to quickbooks online from desktop so I would like a different software for bookkeeping but need to retain my mortgage bank too.
