Best Place for International Commercial Property Advice?
Hello - I am a new member looking for the best forum(s) to discuss commercial property owned outside the US.
Quick Background: 20+ years ago I inherited a commercial property in Greece. I have received rental income from that property for all of these years, but managing the property has become a burden. I am looking to sell the property, which is in an up and coming region, and could use some solid advice from knowledgeable people more familiar with the Greek property market, laws, etc.
