I’ve done some of my own calculations but since this is unique and the money wouldn’t pay down the mortgage I’m requesting some additional analysis.

How do they track how many people visit the National Park?

Hello,I’m based in Europe but still visit my home state of Texas once a year for a few weeks.

My opinion is that it is very important to have a go to person in addition to your realtor if you are not someone who is going to be visiting the properties for a site inspection.Depending on your skill sets, you could be a great asset to an investor, especially if you could help oversee contractors and ensure that teh job is running according to plan and the work that is claiming to be completed actually is being completed.

I don’t offer any incredibly unique amenities (hot tubs, outdoor games, etc).

Unique situation: The home was purchased by my mother/father in-law in 2022.

My residents stay an average of 5 years or more. 3) Max Rent: a complete household system enables one to charge a bit higher than rent by the room rates b/c it offers a bit more and is more valuable to renters.  4) Maintain a Wonderful Property: a complete household system gives house-members helpful systems on what to do when maintenance is needed, who in the house will manage when the technician visits, the residents loves when the PM does a monthly walk through their common areas, there's always someone handy living there who knows to check under the sink for leaks, and the housemembers know who is going to change the HVAC filter and when and keeps cleaning even.I hope I explained that all. 

Every guest gets an automated message after their stay to visit listing for  a lower cost return visit.
