When everyone has access to a webcam and Youtube, the barriers to entry are so low and the (purported) riches so great that it probably has an oversized influence on how many people will actually attempt these routes.

If I use inside webcams, ring cams, and smart locks, is this a possible way to show homes to prospective renters or buyers? 

The USGS also has some live stream web cams, like this one in Florence SC, that can be helpful when trying to gauge conditions at times like this when the Carolinas are experiencing widespread flooding. 

I was leasing properties on commission as a PM company employee in Philadelphia 5 years ago and one tenant had a new crated puppy set up on a laptop webcam.

If i did a quick cheap web cam video of the properties or units I was selling, would that promote sales?

Hey @Jay Hinrichs, for the cost of five gallons of avgas you can get a webcam from Costco and then I'll remote into your computer and configure it for you in 10 minutes...you could do the podcast on Monday!  

She pretty quickly announced to me that she would email me a link for a webcam interview online tomorrow night. 

For video I have cheap Logitech webcam.

We are national and the notary is done via web cam.  

It looks like we can't do webcam notarizations here yet but when we can, I'll be all over that, I love technology.
