Notary Signing Services

Hi, I live in New Richmond, WI so I'm just over the border from Minneapolis/St. Paul. I currently provide virtual administrative assistance and will add notary signing beginning 2014. Can anyone provide me with the feel out there as to the need for signing agents. I will be taking classes on loan signings soon. I've "brokered" notes and worked on tax deeds. I am trying to get a feel for the demand for notary services. It seems like there would be a need but I am not in the field right now. It looks like we can't do webcam notarizations here yet but when we can, I'll be all over that, I love technology. I will be completely mobile, with a printer/scanner/computer/wifi onboard. To start it will be a 4wheel drive Ford Expedition but future plans are to have a much more accessible mobile unit to seat all parties involved! Would appreciate any thoughts or stats on how often you use a mobile notary, who uses mobile notary's and/or if there's a different area you see a need as I'm looking for new year inspiration and opportunity.Thank you for your time!
