     I have a list of hundreds of lenders I can share with you. When I'm looking for something specific, I usually send out an email and blind carbon copy everyone. I outline the very specific requirements I'm looking for and explain that I don't want to share my bank statements and credit details until I have a general idea of the terms they can offer for my project.

     I work personally with Telhio for my banking and they are generally great to work with.  I'm not sure that they would have any investor specific mortgage products but they are certainly worth a call.

    Also have had an experience with "pathways" and they as well have great service.
