What is the best way to approach (for a beginner) investing in foreclosures and preforeclosures with little to no money? What about Marketing to these homeowners? What is the most cost effective way to Market and get some results? I Need All the help I can get........
Then read the marketing forum and attend a local REIA and make friends with someone that is a successful investor. They may buy the deals you find thus eliminating the need for a lot of money. There are also many threads on how to market with little money I just dont have links.
