I am an investor in apartment complexes and currently own properties in phoenix, az. market is not really growing at the moment and am looking for a better market for my next apartment complex. looking for something around 100-150 units. i've been thinking of either shreveport lousiana, brownsville, texas or maybe even tyler, texas. anyone have any suggestions?[/b]
Looks like you want to keep this investment property for awhile. You could find incredible deals here in South Florida. You could think about it. If you want more details email me and I look for something useful for you especially in recently developed areas.
