How do you find vacant houses in the Denver area? I'm trying to use Cameron Dunlap's iFLIP ideas on my own without buying the system. Is there a source that anyone knows of? Does anyone know of any bird dogs that are for hire?

one way, probably a hard way,,,is to drive around about 3-7 days or more after a snow storm and see where there is NO activity up the front walks or driveways. Usually vacant houses stand out like a sore thumb about then.

Could you explain what you mean by this iFLIP idea? Never hear of it...

Also, if you want to use the idea, why don't you buy the course? If you want to be successful using someone's technique, it strikes me as not very smart to try to guess what you are supposed to do when you could simply buy the course - get the knowledge - and apply the technique.
