You could also look in your local newspaper or google for bird dog training. Most investors will allow you to bird dog for them in exchange for learning the business and making some money at the same time. So that you can branch off and beging investing on your own.
Lets see pick up a good labrador or pointer then go to your local gun club to find a trainer....LOL
Find someone who buys properties.
Find out their criteria.
Find properties that fit the criteria.
Collect a check.
Sure there is more to it than this but this is the basics.
Ther are lots of people out here with money to buy and not enough time to find properties. The big thing is contacting people.....sellers,,,,,,finding their prices.......then taking that to the buyer.
