i found that Omni Bank has a program to lend rehabbers. Has anyone tried that program? what do you think about it?

I have not used them yet, but I may in the future. The program seems solid. I talked to the LO for them and they will lend all over the Houston area. They also have other spots but I see your in Houston.

They will lend 100% financing as long as all your expenses come under 70% of the appraised value. You will need to privide money for the appraisal but you can work it back into cash out if you have a good enough deal.

Thus far I have not worked with Omni however I will look into thier products. I have worked with Brookview Financial and they are extremely good to work with. Please let me know your thoughts. :idea:

Omni Bank has served investors in Chicago very well. I have not personally used them, but many of my associates have and they have all been pleased.

Do they have a web site? Do you know if they will lend on the purchase of 74 homes as a package deal which are all located in the same city? Do you know if they have a limit to how much they will lend?
