I think this is where I start?
I have just started today into the blogging thing and I do not twitter yet ( do not know if I will) although for a programmer/analyst you would think I would be up on the lates and greatest in techno land. I left that world to get into the real estate life. It has been fun, interesting, nail biting and just an Experience in itself.

    Sorry, I have been looking around the site and just returned.
    I am located in North Eastern Iowa - the heart of corn country.
    Twittering and Facebook are on my agenda but I just keep placing other thing ahead of those things.
    I have so much to learn!

    Right now I am looking for some good foreclosure investors.
    Some investors have differing terms and yield rates. I am looking for more choices than I currently have.

    Currently I have one in Wisconsin that is not even a fixer-upper.

    I am always looking and I have contacts.

    Foreclosures have not been big in the past with me.

    The markets is changing. There will always be opportunities in real estate. People will always need a place to live.

    I'm always running across great foreclosures. In Houston the good ones go quick.

    I went to the courthouse Friday....found some possible deals on the July list.
