Greetings everyone.

My name is Michael Peterson and I live
in New Braunfels, TX a suburb of San Antonio.

I have just found this forum and am amazed at the amount of information.

As a newer real estate investor I appreciate the knowledge being shared.

Look forward to many hours on BP learning and making contacts with others in the San Antonio and Coastal Bend areas.

    Welcome Michael,

    You've discovered a great place to learn about REI and get virtually any questions answered. What area of investing are you considering?

    We absolutely love the hill country. My daughter is going to Tx State in San Marcos and plans on making that area her home after she graduates. That's good because I'm always looking for an excuse to hang out down there!
