The course is called the "Perfect Storm" by John Burley, a (claimed) investor of 28 years who's done work with Trump and Kiyosaki. If you've invested in the course and have gone through at least part or all of it could you post your feedback on the quality of the content?

I'm interested in buying the course myself but it always helps to gain a sense of how other members rate any given material. Good or bad.

Thanks community!

Thanks Tyler. I was thinking the same thing about lynn but I don't really care for either lynn or the new host, unfortunately.

Thing is can you trust the reviews? most could be him or his assistants. Always seem to find glorifying reviews on all the gurus. Rare to see negative review.

That website seems to sell almost all the courses that are being reviewed. My guess is that it would be difficult to find unbiased opinions under such conditions.

I agree. And unfortunately the reviews on the site posted were mostly written in '05 for previous material. In addition, most of the reviews were negative at the time.

That's not to say that his new course can't be a good revision in response to negative feedback from the older material, but I wouldn't be counting on that.

I may just have to keep asking the BP community until we come across someone who's gone through the home course, or bite the bullet myself and let you all know my feedback in a comprehensive review.

Actually...if there are other members out there curious about the course as well, would you be interested in pitching in some $ and doing a group buy?

I would be interested in doing something like that(group purhcase)!

I didnt really read all the reviews was just trying to give another source of info sorry. I am always super worried about buying these programs and the only way I have purchased one was through ebay at a substantial discount. maybe once the course has been around for a few months that could be an option?

I am a New Zealand based Real Estate investor.

I have not gone through John's Perfect Storm set, however I have done his Bootcamp in 2001, several other courses and a bunch of his other home study courses.

His main focus is Cashflow properties (lease/options or wraps), however a lot of info applies to any form of residential investing.

I feel he definately delivers the goods (giving both the good and bad about anything, including sharing his mistakes as well.) His full sets give all the material required to set up a cashflow real estate business (subject to tailoring the contracts to your local law)

I have just started investing in the US, and my first call was to John Burley to get his US contract package and state specific feedback.

Love to hear from anyone who has done the Perfect Storm and their thoughts.

Oh yes, John Burley is not a "Claimed" investor. He definately walks the talk. He has done somewhere around 1000 deals and the experiences to prove it!
