I just found a decent real estate investing video thanks to LongIslandInteractive Blog. Its about 4 1/2 minutes long, and was created by real estate agent, Paul Dizmang. It is worth a look for beginners and other newbs.

Bryan Ellis June 23, 2009 at 1:16 pm: I tried to play the video, but it would not play. Video is one of the top marketing tools for SEO. Anyone can create a video. It’s really easy.
