I did. Let's put it this way. I studied and read every single line of all chapters. When I took the real estate exam. There's almost nothing similar to the materials I have studied. Thank god I knew a lot about real estate and have common sense I passed on the 1st try.
My friend took the course from Allied Real Estate School. He said the study materials were almost mimic what he saw on the real estate exam.
