Are you still with them? I'm considering using them at this very moment but the girl I'm talking to about it on FB seems to be working with/for them and not actually a wholesaler. I searched and she's posting a bunch of posts on a variety of REI groups all recommending this company. Nothing is wrong with trying to get them business but I do like honesty. So since you've actually worked with them as an investor I'd really like to know how that went or is going.
sounds like a rough experience. I've been using the same VA service and haven't had any major issues so far, so I think it really varies depending on a lot of factors, like the market, your criteria, and how strong your buyer's list is. It's a lot of moving parts to make sure things work smoothly.
Keeping the communication open is key. Best to have another meeting with your team to talk through other exit strategies and game plans.
