Accessing equity on Rental properties.

Hey everyone first time posting on here so still new to the page, I’m just very curious on what option I have on getting some lending on homes that I currently own. I have a rental portfolio of 15 properties and a primary residence on a mortgage. 4 of which are in Indiana and plan on selling those this year. 6 single family homes in Pa in the same area and 2 duplexes (2 units each) . I currently have 6 of them in a refinance loan at 14 percent interest. And wanna know if I’m able to get a loan on all the homes combined in PA and or what options do I have to access equity on all the homes.
Thanks for reading!
