Does anyone have experience running a sober living home as a business?

I'm considering starting a sober living home and would love to hear from people who have actually done it. I'm especially interested in learning about the real logistics behind the scenes licensing, operations, staffing, house rules, resident screening, etc. and how the business actually makes money.

I came across “Sober Living Riches” but found their program way too expensive. I understand this type of business comes with significant inherent risks and requires strong systems and oversight.

I’m hoping to connect with someone who has real-world experience in this space and can give honest advice on whether this is worth pursuing or if I should stay away.

Any guidance or insight would be greatly appreciated!

Does anyone on here have experience doing a sober living home as a business? I am wondering what all the logistics go on behind the scenes with this sort of business and how this is profitable. I came across Sober Living Riches but found that way too expensive to afford. As with something like this, there is inherent risk and systems that need to be put in place. I am wanting to connect with someone that has some experience in this area and could offer some advice to see if this is something that i should pursue or stay away from.
