I have a question about forming an LLC

Lets say I set up and LLC an a state and do business there, Can i also use it to do business an another state?

Yep. Some states will charge extra taxes/fees though to 'alien entities.'

Go online to the state's site and look is the best answer I can give there - others here may know off the top of their heads.

Nevada is a great state to set up a corporation - best asset protection there from lawsuits and low tax rate.
