Hi all! I'm a new investor looking for power team members. I'm interested investing in NY, CT, PA, and NJ.

Current RE interests are in wholesaling, flipping, and house hacking.

Looking for real estate lawyers, contractors, money lenders, financiers, and cash buyers to connect with. Any recommendations are gladly welcomed!

Amazing contractor I have used for years for my properties. They are Family owned, great prices, great time management and gets the job done. Licensed contractor, legal and legit. JR. Restorations Owner- Jimmy Kitay Office-nine one four-to to for-6fivezerothree He also “Jimmy” does free estimates and works with you in pricing out your own estimate. Just paying it forward cause he’s done so much for me. :)
