    Define what your goal is in reale state and how you are going to get there. Going to random real estate seminars likely won't do much.

    Different asset classes can require various amounts of capital to really get going. Commercial for example usually 500,000 or larger.

    Comparatively if someone has say 25,000 then they might look at something like tax liens etc.
