I was listening to one of the earlier podcasts (early 20's I believe) and the guest mentioned an abundance of free online real estate and business courses. Doe anyone happen to know or remember what the site mentioned was or anything similar?

@David Wade I'm currently taking this course. It's $10, but *well* worth the money, in my opinion. He even gives you spreadsheets to do the financials yourself.
