WANTED Tax Strategist & Attorney
Help!!! My son and I just started real estate investing. I currently have one rental property on my own, but my son and I are teaming up and would like to buy 3-4 properties a year doing fix and flip and some rentals. We are in West Virginia in the Northern Panhandle and I am having a very hard time finding a tax strategist CPA and attorney who specializes in real estate. I have contacted some local investors in my area but it seems like no one wants to say who they use other then they don’t use people in the local area. We just bought our 1st property together and need to get everything set up the right way and need it done quickly. Looking for recommendations for good ones.
