Kenai AK Rental or Air B&B?
Hello everyone! I am new to BiggerPockets but am diving deep into the Real Estate life. I have the opportunity to buy a 1B/1B cabin in Kenai Alaska. This is a small small cabin but in a great location if you love to get off the grid and go fishing. My question to the group is if I should rent or try the Air B&B route? I live in Missouri so I would be long distance and need a property manager either way. Thank you for the read!
