I recently invested 30K in an investment property. I didn't invest a lot because I really wanted to learn as much I could and gain some knowledge in the midst of it. What are some questions I should ask my Real Estate Manager/Construction Manager in regards to the investment property?

Hey Tracy, Congrats on the new investment! What are your main concerns right now? Are you in the midst of completing renovations? Are you concerned about filling a vacancy? Is the property Cash-Flowing?
