Howdy y’all! My wife and I got the clear to close on our first investment property together. It’s a small multi family in Galveston TX, an above average vacation rental market on the gulf coast.

I discovered bigger pockets literally less than a year ago, via the podcast. After an episode or two, I decided I wanted a property for STR by the end of the year if possible. Fast forward six months, and I've brought my wife into the tribe, and we have our crystal clear criteria. Meanwhile, I obtained my RE license and began representing other investors. Fast forward four more months, and here we are! We are eternally grateful for all the knowledge provided by the BP family, whether here, the pod, YT or the local meetups hosted by other BP members. I'm certain we wouldn't be here without y'all. Now we hope to be a resource for others. Feels good to end the year on a high note! Don't hesitate yall. Life comes at you fast
