Hello BP family! I’m hailing from San Diego CA and I’ve finally decided to get into real estate investing as a wholesaler for now. Any recommendations for an attorney to look over my contract and a good escrow company. Also, any advice for a first time wholesaler would help.
I'm in SoCal aswell (Temecula) and as a wholesaler I see too much competition out here and sellers only asking market prices or above. But then again there's many wholesalers who are successful in this market. I found my sweet spot was in OH. Lmk if you have any questions as far as the process though. I'd be glad to give my 2 cents.
