Hello everybody,
My name is Coleman Blake and I want to get into real estate investing. I'm currently deployed overseas as an Army Military Police Officer, but I'm looking to get into the real estate business when I get back home. I'm 19 years old and seeking advice to getting started online with classes and any opportunities I can take to ensure a successful career in real estate while deployed. I'm open to Bloomington and surrounding areas.
I am also in the Bloomington area. I currently have a LTR and a property that I am house hacking. I suggest that you educate yourself on househacking and what that is. I think it would be a great fit for you especially if you are single. I recommend you read the house hacking strategy book or listen to the audio.

Aloha Coleman,
Spent 7 years as a 31B myself. Started in Fort Bragg and ultimately ended up in Hawaii where I started my RE business and continue to help military investors today. Love to see you capitalizing on your downtime on that deployment. I can personally say, the work I put in on my last deployment played a huge part in my financial independence today.
