@Chad Nachiappan Davenport is a great market that is not saturated with investors. The new Amazon headquarters that is going in is a big boom for the area. They will be hiring 1000 new employee's at $16 per our which is the perfect tenant profile for multi families like what you're looking for. We do primarily all MF in Davenport. @Chad Nachiappan, I am also a new investor in Davenport and just put a duplex under contract last week and I own my primary residence. It is a great market to be in with a lot of options all around. There is a meetup Wednesday night at 1511 Harrison St in Davenport at 6PM. I will send you a connection as well!
