Moving out of state for real estate
I recently posted about moving to Utah right after high school for real estate. I was wondering what other places people would recommend to look into. I’m looking for a growing state, affordable living costs, and lots of opportunities as a real estate agent. If you have any books to recommend let me know I have been going through 3 a week and want as many books as possible. Have a great day!

Tulsa Oklahoma seems like a solid market to me from an investment standpoint. Not sure from an agents standpoint.
