I've been looking into mobile home investing as a start to get into real estate and recently purchase my first home. I'm currently in the rehab stage. Checking to see if there are any other investors, investor-friendly park owners, in the Baton Rouge, LA area that would like to connect.

@Jada Joseph You may just want to start out reading a few books on the subject. As for networking, you may want to visit a few mobile home parks and local dealerships in the area. I've found both great sources of information when it comes to talking to people who work in the business (as well as the residents who live in these parks) for insight on the market and research.
