Hey my name is Eli, I'm 18 and I live in Buffalo, New-york, I'm new here, and im new to real-estate investing. 1 month ago, i got excited by learning that you can buy real estate without money. I started to learn how to invest in real estate, wholesaling, and etc. I haven't made any action yet due to fear, and due to not finding a mentor yet. How do i go about taking action ?

Welcome Eli, you need to read and do some studying here for a reality check, it can be done, but it takes knowledge and work. Don't get in a hurry, study first. Look for a local REI meeting, but be careful too. Best of luck. :)
You start by learning. Now you state you have learned some strategies, and if they are sound, why havent you applied them yet? You always want to continue to learn, but at some point, you also have to jump in, test things out, re-evaluate and continue.
The best way to learn is to stop reading and start doing something...
Google real estate investing in Buffalo and you will surely find groups of people in your area doing what you want to do... go to these events as much as you can and meet people.. You will find people there who will be willing to help you out... There is too much reading going on and it needs to stop, seriously..
Information alone can help you become aware of what's out there, but you need to go out and learn as you go to pull it off..

@Eli Hood Yes I am. I go to college in Niagara Falls and will be working in Buffalo. Michael is on BP, you can just type in his name on the search bar and he is the only person listed with that name.
