How do I go about acquiring a good rehab contractor/subcontractor?

Hello - 

I'm currently looking for a multi-family to BRRR but have never rehabbed/flipped before. I'm not sure at what point in the process you get a rehab crew involved or how to find a solid rehab crew. Any guidance would be much appreciated. Thank you!
