Back at it again with the questions! Im looking to get into the real estate investor community... however I can not find events. Anyone know of a meet up/event soon? Stockton , Sacramento , Modesto California.

@Josh Hurles@Triston Blodgett, a friend of mine, Willie, hosts a meet up in Stockton every month. We have had some pretty good size turnout at almost 30 people lately! It's every month at the Panera on Pacific Ave. The next one is March 25th at 10am. They usually go an hour and then a lot of us stay another hour or two after as well. Would love to have you there!

What I like to do is find real estate communities on the meetup app. You can search by location. It could be a good option for you to locate like-minded individuals and professionals no matter where you decide to invest in the country. I'm in Northern NJ and I found 3 groups on there. It's helped keep me immersed and focused on my real estate journey. Give the app a shot, it may help you make solid connections. Good luck!

@Josh Hurles I think I may be absent for that one unfortunately due to drill for the Army, but I'm at 95% of those meet ups and Willie (the host) is great!
When is the next meetup for the 209 at Panera? I would like to sit in and soak up some information.
Oh Hey Brian!! I didn't know you were on the forums here! We've met a few times at LAR. The next meet up is actually not at Panera, I think the group has outgrown the location and the next one is: Saturday the 22nd: La Boulangerie 2324 Grand Canal Blvd # 1 · Stockton, CA
