I'm a new whole sale real estate investor in Atlanta, Georgia. I was wondering what steps I should take after finding a vacant house and getting in touch with the owners. What information do I need to know before contacting a buyer?What should I do after contacting a buyer? and Is there any important information I need to know through out this whole process?
I,m also a new investor , well at least trying to be " Lol". My goals for a quick short term is to strickly wholesale for now , I want to just get sellers under contract and turn them over to a buyer/investor for a profit to build up equity / credit , I,ve been going around and hoping to build a Dream Team of colleagues to partner/business with, this is my first posting on bp and I hope this is understanding to all. I need to blend in with all the knowledgeable information that's here . PLEASE HELP
I know from working in RE investments in Atlanta, there are a lot of great wholesalers like yourself that will show you the ropes and various angles to approach wholesaling. Many of them will in turn buy the property you find if the numbers make sense and there is money to be made for everyone.
