Financing Options Pre 1976 Manufactured Home Horse Property'

I wasn't sure how to post my query so please forgive me if I'm looking for advice in the wrong column. We are looking to sell our home of 30 years in Dewey Az. For those of you who aren't familiar it is in the high country of Arizona where we enjoy the benefit of 4 subtle seasons. We know that it being older (1973) presents a financing issue and are in hopes that there are ways or perhaps lenders out there willing to make it not so much of an issue for obtaining financing. It is not on a fixed foundation, however, we are willing to put money into our property if that is what it takes to get the higher dollar this beautiful property deserves. Also, having the option ready for the prospective buyer is a plus too. You are more than welcome to take a look at the owner-sell listing 620 S Glendun Place, Dewey Az 86327. We are planning on signing on with our realtor next week I just wanted to see what interest it generates. It truly has been phenomenal other than it will be a harder sell if left only to cash. All ideas and directions will be so appreciated.
