Looking for a co-founder of a Cash Flow Breakfast Club

Hey all!  I'm a fairly seasoned investor in San Diego, CA, although I have to keep reminding myself I'm not a newbie.  I manage 16 doors of my own and run a company with quite a bit of commercial real estate in multiple markets and market segments.  About $65MM in assets total.  At any rate, I love talking shop, and am ready to start to share what we're doing here, as investors, and am looking for someone with at least a few deals under their belts in the San Diego area to start a Cash Flow Breakfast Club meetup with me.  Please reach out to me here, or find me on Linked In if that's something you would want to do!

Thanks, Twana, I’ll reach out to you off-line this week.  Cash Flow Breakfast Club is a meetup/mastermind that is about giving something back.  Mentoring others to get them to their first deal, and down the road to financial independence, without an agenda.

There comes a point where we have achieved our own financial independence where we have the ability to not just be developing our generational wealth, for OUR posterity, but helping others as well.  As the proverb says, ‘Society grows great when old men plant trees in whose shade they will never sit.’
