We are considering hiring a coach to take us through the process and as we look to educate ourselves we continue to see names such as Tom Cruz, Rhett Wiseman, and several others.
Has anyone worked with these or other coaches they would recommend? Thanks in advance for sharing any feedback and for any suggestions on the resources we should be tapping into.

Single family section 8 rentals is a zero barrier of entry asset class. You should be able to get all of the information you need through the local housing authority. You are probably throwing your money away if you are planning to hire a "guru". I recently spoke with a few myself believing this would be the best way to get started but after reading others on these forums it seems like a scam.

I've made millions in the Section 8 space. I love it. HOWEVER - Section 8 tenants are absolute savages. Anyone telling you it's an easy business is lying to you.
