I am interested in North Carolina as a market to potentially invest in.

Can anyone provide feedback on the market? Good place to invest?

Also, I have a few properties of interest and would like to be connected with real estate agents in the area.

    Hey Kislay former New Yorker here, have you considered other markets? 

    The mid-market is pretty hot and affordable. Check out Zillow hottest housing market of 2024: https://www.axios.com/2024/01/10/zillow-ranking-hottest-real…

    Cleveland is a great market to focus on for cash flow. It is landlord-friendly, and specific pockets have gone upwards of 2-4x in the last 5-10 years

    A ton of MTR/LTR opportunities for out-of-state investors.
